Prayer is the foundation of everything we do at The Rock! Every Sunday at 8:45 AM, we come together as a church family for a powerful time of corporate prayer. United in faith and purpose, we seek God's presence, lift up the needs of our church and community, and pray for the ever-increasing Kingdom of God.
We believe that prayer changes lives, strengthens our unity, and prepares our hearts for what God desires to accomplish in and through us. Whether you're new to prayer or have been praying for years, we invite you to join us as we seek God together.

Growth Tracks
Sundays at 9am
Growth Tracks is a place where faith grows, relationships deepen, and community comes alive! Every Sunday at 9:00 AM, we offer three distinct small groups: Men's Growth Track, Women's Growth Track, and Spanish-Speaking Growth Track (for both men and women who prefer to participate in Spanish). Each group provides an opportunity to grow in God's Word, strengthen your faith, and build meaningful relationships.
Through biblical teaching, engaging discussions, and genuine fellowship, Growth Tracks helps us encourage one another and build lasting connections within The Rock family. No matter where you are in your faith journey, there's a place for you. Come grow with us!

Sunday Service
Sundays at 10am
We call it The Living Room. About 90 minutes of worship, with a good mix of contemporary and traditional music led by our worship team, then teaching from God's Word. Childcare is available, with activities for every age group.
Can't make it in person? We stream live online every Sunday from 9:50am.
