The Rock of Central Florida ("The Rock", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through wearetherockofcf.org, why, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

  • Contact forms. Your name, email, phone number (when asked) and message, so we can reply. Messages are delivered to church staff by email.
  • Plan a Visit, Connect Card, Contact and Serve Team forms. These are provided by Planning Center (Church Center), the system our church uses to stay in touch. What you enter is stored in our Planning Center account so our team can follow up. If we ever text you, you can reply STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Giving. Online gifts are processed by Subsplash, with stock and cryptocurrency gifts processed by Engiven. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Groups and messaging. The group finder and church messaging are provided by Subsplash.
  • Volunteer sign up may also be collected through Planning Center (Church Center).

Embedded content

Sermon videos play from YouTube and the Subsplash player, and maps come from Google Maps. Videos only load after you press play. When they load, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Website statistics

To see what helps people most, we count visits and a few actions on this website, like taps to get the app, starting the giving or visit forms, and calls or directions. To tell a new visit from a return visit, and to see how people found us (a search, a link, an app), this website sets a small cookie of its own with a random number in it. The counts never include your name, email or IP address, and they aren't shared with advertisers. Our web partner, Wildcore Studio, stores them for us.

How we use it

To answer your questions, welcome you when you visit, connect you with groups and serve teams, send receipts for your giving, and share church news you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information.
